Owner
Goldstream Technical Services is owned and operated by Mark Sherman, PE (University of Alaska BSCE, 1980, MCE, 1983) and has been offering consulting Civil Engineering services since 1983.
Wayne Youngblood
Lead Technician
With over 2000 septic system evaluations under his belt, Wayne is our on-site testing expert. He has streamlined the testing process to bring time on-site to under 2 hours in most cases. Wayne has worked at Goldstream Technical Since 2012.
Casey Youngblood
On-site Testing Program Manager
Casey is here to solve problems and make sure our clients are happy! She has a Business Administration degree from UAF and 12 years experience working in a wide variety of industries. She is fascinated by business processes and enjoys dispatching, drafting reports, and fiddling with websites.

Bookkeeper
Makeesia is our faithful bookkeeper and manager of our sister company, Goldstream Engineering. She runs multiple non-profits in the Fairbanks area and strives to enrich the quality of life for all she encounters!
