If you're listing a house with a on-site wastewater system please consider our new inspection package! We've combined a Home Inspection by Terry Duszynski with our Septic System Construction Evaluation to help you spot any potential deal breakers before you find a buyer!

Our Construction Evaluation is valid until changes are made to the system and can be used for your final report once you are under contract. We can come back at any time to complete a Performance Evaluation ($350) for the lender and test the water supply for Total Coliform and E. coli.

A standard home inspection includes a visual inspection of the following:

Property grade and drainage.
Foundation, basement or crawlspace.
Exterior siding, trim, finish, doors, and windows.
Interior finish, door and window function.
Plumbing, heating, and electrical.
Insulation and ventilation.
Roof, flashing, and gutters.
Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.

Benefits of a Pre-Listing Inspection Package:

Address any major home repairs and increase your home's value before finding buyers!
Discover septic system construction violations early and relocate your system components or apply for a waiver from ADEC if needed. (This can take up to 6 weeks.)
Septic repairs are more expensive when the ground is frozen. If the home will be going on the market in the winter you can consider making repairs early.
