Water Sample Collection

We are happy to collect any water samples you need in the process of buying or selling your home. We take all of our samples to Pollen Environmental for analysis. If the samples are for your own information and not required by a lender or other party we recommend contacting Pollen Environmental directly as this will save you our water sample collection fee.

Water sample collection is free when done in conjunction with a Septic System Evaluation, you will only pay for the samples themselves. Otherwise, Water Sample Collection is $125 plus the cost of your samples.

For 2022, all listed water samples are $60 each. For metals, this includes a 5-7 day rush fee. 

Total Coliform and E. Coli samples have a 2-3 day turnaround.

Nitrate and Nitrite samples have a 5-day turnaround.

Lead and Arsenic samples typically have a 5-7 day turnaround. However, these samples are have to be shipped out of state which can sometime increase processing time.
